Vintage 40s Scalloped Sweater

Lovely 40s knit sweater with scalloped and metallic thread details.

Has some faint overall discoloration and the yarn that I think originally hooked around the buttons at the waist is not functional. Approx measurements-Measured with the front touching (although it doesn’t have a closure at the moment so it would be worn open)
Pit to pit: 19” (has a dolman type sleeve shape so there’s no defined armpit, but this is approx)
Waist width: 13.5”
Shoulder to hem: 17.5”
Shoulder to shoulder: open
