Vintage 60s Mod Flower Power Velvet Mini Dress

The cutest 60s mod mini with flower power bishop sleeved top half and bowed soft velvet a-line skirt. Also has cute faux pearl buttons on the back of the cuffs.

Pit to pit: 16-17”

Waist width: 13.5” (looks like it hits higher like more of an empire waist at the bow. The natural waist is closer to around 14”, but it’s meant to slowly go away from the body from empire waist downwards)

Hip width: 17.5”

Shoulder to shoulder: 15”

Shoulder to hem: 31.25” w/about 2” that could be let out if desired
