Red ruffle bloomers with protective lining that seems like its leak proof or resistant.

I’m honestly not sure about sizing for this one because I think it’s meant to fit on top of diapers or pull ups, I’m not quite sure how to gauge it. Please refer to the measurements to determine fit.

Waist to bottom: 8.5”
